At the beginning of wire stripping, the cable sheath, mineral insulating powder and core wire are integrated, and the ultrasonic force can be transmitted inside the entire cable. Under the action of ultrasonic vibration, the mineral insulating powder is shaken loose, shattered, and discharged naturally. At this time, the cable core wire and the cable sheath are separated, and at the same time, the ultrasonic force is naturally isolated. In other words, when we need to protect the core wire of the cable, the ultrasonic wave has automatically stopped the force on the core wire. Therefore, the use of ultrasonic to strip the mineral insulated cable can not only discharge the mineral insulating powder exactly, but also will not cause any damage to the cable core.
The stripping mechanism is composed of a telescopic tool head, an air cylinder, a control solenoid valve, and a pressure regulating valve. The telescopic tool head presses the cable tightly on the ultrasonic tool head under the push of the air cylinder, thereby transmitting the ultrasonic force from the tool head to the cable to complete the peeling work.
