35khz Ultrasonic cutting and sealing equipment for synthetic fabrics is continuously on the rise even in fields unrelated to the textile industry. Some of them include: disposable items, filtering components, outdoors and medical fabrics.
This machine can be operated manually and it has been designed to perform precise linear cuts on synthetic fabrics. It is possible to connect it with any type of 35khz kHz ultrasonic generator, plus it is equipped with a transducer with piezoelectric ceramics and a machete shaped ultrasonic sonotrode. Its structure is devised to be mounted on workbenches with the assistance of two wheels installed at its base, allowing for its free sliding along the supporting ring.
Cutting with ultrasound technology may be manual, semi or fully automated. They are usually tailored to meet each client’s needs and production standards. Ultrasonic sealing can be used on drapes made of just 25% synthetic fibers, such as polyester, viscose or rayon.Ultrasonic cutting edge sealing machine consists of the ultrasonic generator(drive power) and ultrasonic host (cutting) two parts.
