35khz Ultrasonic cutting and sealing equipment for synthetic fabrics is continuously on the rise even in fields unrelated to the textile industry. Some of them include: disposable items, filtering components, outdoors and medical fabrics.

This machine can be operated manually and it has been designed to perform precise linear cuts on synthetic fabrics. It is possible to connect it with any type of 35khz kHz ultrasonic generator, plus it is equipped with a transducer with piezoelectric ceramics and a machete shaped ultrasonic sonotrode. The materials may be 100% synthetic, or fibre blends with up to 35% non- thermoplastic fibre content.
